Varynt™

One Varynt

Four products. One account. One organization.

Varynt's products are separate, so you buy only what you need. What they share is what should be shared: who your people are, how they sign in, and what each of them may do, managed in one place.

Your organization

People and access, managed once.

Organization settings at account.varynt.in covers every Varynt product your organization uses.

  • One Varynt account

The same sign-in opens every product your organization uses. You enter your email first; if your company uses single sign-on, you go straight to it.

  • Organization settings

People, groups, roles, products and seats, security, the audit log and settings for all four products, in one place at account.varynt.in.

  • Groups that give access

Groups nest up to three levels, and roles flow down them. A person's access is their own roles plus the roles of every group they are in.

  • Seats counted per person

Each person takes one seat per product, however many groups give them access. If seats run out, they are listed under Needs attention, never silently dropped.

Built-in roles per product today. Custom roles are not available yet.

Places

A role where the work happens.

Give someone access to one project, location, branch or space instead of the whole product.

  • Varynt Work

A Lead or Member role on one project, and a client contact who sees only their own client.

  • Varynt Desk

A different role at each location: read-only overall, an agent at one branch.

  • Varynt Invoice

People limited to one branch see only that branch's invoices, receipts and its GSTIN's reports.

  • Varynt Knowledge

Space viewer, editor or admin, space by space; a restricted space opens only to the people named on it.

Security

Controls an IT team expects.

Set once for the whole organization. Single sign-on and SCIM come with the top plan of any product: Work Agency, and the Enterprise plans of Desk, Invoice and Knowledge.

  • Require two-step sign-in

One switch makes an authenticator code compulsory for everyone in the organization, with a list of who has not set it up yet.

  • Network rules

Allowed IP ranges, set once for the organization and enforced on every request in all four products.

  • Single sign-on

    Top plans

Sign in through your own identity provider over OIDC or SAML 2.0, on your verified email domains. Accounts are never created by a sign-in; addresses outside your domains are refused.

  • SCIM provisioning

    Top plans

Your directory adds, switches off and removes people and syncs groups, across every Varynt product. New people get no access until a group or an admin gives it.

  • Audit log, in words

Who did what, written with names rather than ids, filterable and exportable, with Varynt staff actions badged and their reasons recorded.

  • Check access

Pick a person and a permission and see why they have it, down to the group path, or exactly why they do not.

Support access you control

Varynt support can open your Varynt Work workspace only after an owner grants it, with the role you choose and an end date of at most 30 days. Each session lasts at most an hour, is checked against your grant on every request, and is recorded in your audit log. The other products follow.

Across the products

Small things that add up.

Sharing a sign-in is not sharing data: each product keeps its own records and decides access itself.

  • Each product has its own database and its own permissions
  • Nothing passes between products unless you connect them
  • You can use one product without ever buying another
  • Linked records

A Knowledge page can link a Work task or a Desk lead and shows its live status, read with the reader's own access. The task or lead lists the pages about it.

  • Project ids in Work

Tasks carry their project's key, like ARW-12, and every id a task ever had still finds it.

  • Invitations you can follow

An invitation shows whether its email was sent, is being retried or failed, and can be sent again at any time.

  • Connect your own AI assistant

Work and Desk can be connected to an AI assistant you already use, over MCP, with the same access as the person who connects it. Varynt has no AI features of its own yet.
