We collect and process your data for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the contact form.

Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. When our online contact form is enabled, Formspree processes and stores submissions and sends email notifications to our team. Our email provider also processes enquiries so we can respond.
Data Retention
Contact enquiries may be stored in our email inbox and, when the online form is enabled, in Formspree. To request deletion of your enquiry, contact sales@varynt.in.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, in line with our obligations under the DPDP Act, 2023.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only essential session cookies required for the site to function may be set.
Grievance Redressal
If you have a complaint or concern regarding how your personal data is handled, you may contact our Data Protection Officer at sales@varynt.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
